About me

I am a PhD candidate in theoretical particle physics phenomenology working with Juan Rojo. I obtained my MSc in theoretical physics at Utrecht University, with my BSc partially at the University of Edinburgh. I moved to Nikhef for my MSc thesis where I now work on topics centered around the physics of the Standard Model and beyond with a special focus on applications of Machine Learning (ML).

I am broadly interested in the phenomenology of the Standard Model, the Standard Model Effective Field Theory (SMEFT), global EFT fits, ultraviolet (UV) matching and higher power factorisation theorems in gauge theories. I am also involved in an interdisciplinary project with the TU Delft where we use ML techniques to study electronic properties of nano-layered materials. Beyond research I am passionate about art and some of my works you might already have found when landing on this website.
